All sales are final.  Purchases made with Retail Bins, LLC are nonrefundable.  Retail Bins, LLC reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt.   Per Missouri State, whether you can receive a refund depends on the retailer's return and refund policies.

We impose a surcharge on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.  Due to this change in Missouri law by the state legislature, customers that make online and in-person payments using a credit card will now incur a separate surcharge fee based upon the total transaction amount. There is no additional fee for cash, check or ACH payments.
