Jennifer Bishop owner of Retail Bins store in Missouri

Hello

Meet the founder and owner of Retail Bins, Jennifer Bishop.  Her unwavering passion for discovering great bargains and the thrill of shopping radiates in every aspect of her new venture, Retail Bins. Leveraging her strong connections with wholesale liquidation companies and exclusive access to overstock and returned goods, Jennifer is dedicated to bringing incredible deals directly to the public.

My Story

Retail Bins, LLC is the latest in retail investments by owner, Jennifer Bishop.  Bishop first started in the retail market in 2013 with the creation of Elite Sport Socks, LLC - an online platform allowing customers to customize and purchase their own socks.  The company swiftly flourished into a million-dollar enterprise, culminating in its sale to a private buyer in 2018. Following an unexpected cancer diagnosis, Bishop took a brief hiatus to focus on her health. Now fully recovered, she is poised to launch the Retail Bins store in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Retail Bins is a brick-and-mortar location where abundant inventory is arranged in bins throughout the store, offering customers a unique shopping experience. The bins contain a diverse array of items, ranging from electronics and gadgets to toys and home goods. Customers can explore the store and discover a wide selection of merchandise at remarkably low prices. For instance, a tool set that might typically retail for $50 could be purchased for only $5. The allure of this 'treasure hunt' concept keeps customers returning each week, as the inventory changes regularly, ensuring a constant stream of new and exciting deals to uncover.

At Retail Bins, our cost structure is both straightforward and highly efficient. With operations running five days a week, we introduce fresh inventory weekly, ensuring a constantly changing product selection. The pricing strategy is equally simple yet dynamic: on the first day, every item is priced at $12 each. On the second day, the price drops to $10 per item. The price keeps dropping each day until finally, every item is $2, providing customers with an attractive and tiered pricing model throughout the week.

Given the soaring popularity of these stores, our commitment to maintaining a dynamic shopping experience involves a constant rotation of inventory and the continuous replenishment of bins with an enticing array of exceptional deals. Retail Bins sources its inventory from wholesalers with direct links to major suppliers. The assortment includes returned items from prominent retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others. This strategy ensures a diverse and ever-changing selection of products, enticing customers to return regularly for new and exciting finds.
